PG Soft's masterpiece is packed with mechanics that will keep you coming back for more
Winning symbols explode and new symbols drop down from above. Each consecutive cascade within a single spin keeps pushing the multiplier higher — all completely free.
After each cascade, the multiplier increases in steps: 1 → 2 → 3 → 5 → 8 → 15. During Free Spins, this multiplier never resets — it only goes up.
Landing 3 or more bonus symbols triggers free spins. During the bonus round, the multiplier doesn't grow linearly — it scales geometrically, making it your best shot at the biggest wins.
Over 1 million payways are active on a 6×5 grid. There are no fixed payline restrictions — matching symbols on any adjacent positions triggers a payout.
The Wild symbol substitutes for any non-special symbol and can also turn adjacent symbols Wild during a cascade.
Skip the wait and buy Free Spins directly for 100x your bet. Perfect for players who want to jump straight into the bonus round.
The word Mahjong brings to mind memories of elders gathered around a table, playing with those familiar old tiles. But when PG Soft reimagined this centuries-old Chinese game as a modern Megaways slot, the result was something truly extraordinary. 777betMahjong Ways 2 is now one of Bangladesh's most popular games, and its fan base keeps growing every day.
The game's beauty starts with its visuals. Red paper lanterns, cherry blossom backdrops, golden dragons, and classic mahjong tile symbols come together to create something that looks like an animated Chinese painting. The background music features traditional Chinese instrumentation, transporting you to a world all its own.
Mahjong Ways 2 vs. Regular Slots: Regular slots have a fixed number of paylines. Mahjong Ways 2, on the other hand, offers over 1 million pay-ways — meaning far more opportunities to win from every direction.
The most exciting mechanic in this game is the cascading feature. When you land a winning combination, those symbols disappear and new ones fall in from above — like a waterfall. The incoming symbols can form new wins, which then clear away in turn. This means a single spin can produce a chain of cascades one after another. With each cascade, the multiplier climbs — starting at 1x and going all the way up to 15x. In theory, you can win up to 5,000 times your bet from a single spin.
A common mistake new players make on 777bet when playing Mahjong Ways 2 is stopping the spin right after a small win. But the real thrill of this game is watching the cascades keep going. What starts as a modest win can snowball into a massive payout as cascades stack up and the multiplier climbs. That's why playing manually — rather than using autoplay — is both more fun and more strategically rewarding.
Landing the Free Spins round is the most exciting moment in Mahjong Ways 2. Trigger it by landing 3 or more Crane symbols (the bonus symbol) at the same time. The multiplier rules in the bonus round are even more aggressive — the multiplier accumulates with every cascade and never resets between spins. So if you rack up 3 cascades in the first spin and reach a 3x multiplier, your next spin starts at 4x. This carry-over multiplier system is what makes Mahjong Ways 2 truly special.
It's worth touching on the strategic side of the game as well. Mahjong Ways 2 includes a Bonus Buy feature — you can jump straight into free spins by paying 100x your current bet. If you're playing at a ৳50 stake, that means spending ৳5,000 to enter free spins instantly, without waiting for them to trigger in the base game. It's convenient, but think carefully before using it — it's a high-risk move, so never commit a large chunk of your budget in one go.
777bet-'s Mahjong Ways 2 is just as enjoyable on mobile. PG Soft built the game with a mobile-first design, so the graphics stay crisp on smaller screens and the buttons are easy to tap. It runs smoothly on both Android and iOS.
One practical tip before you dive in: log in to 777bet and try Mahjong Ways 2 in demo mode first. It's the best way to get a feel for the cascade mechanic without risking real money. Once you've got the hang of it, switching to real-money mode becomes far more enjoyable — and you'll be better placed to make the right calls at the right moments.
Keep Responsible Gaming in Mind: Mahjong Ways 2 is a high-volatility game. If big wins aren't coming for a while, stay patient — and never chase losses by increasing your bet. 777bet lets you set deposit limits; use them if you need to.
Payouts are listed as multiples of your bet. If multiple wins occur on the same spin, they are all added together.
Let's walk through an example. The tiles below illustrate a hypothetical cascade sequence:
6 Dragon tiles landed together for a win of 50x. Multiplier: 1x. Total: 50x.
Winning tiles cleared, new tiles dropped. 7 Lotus symbols paid 50x × 2 = 100x.
Fresh tiles drop in. 5 Crane symbols pay 35x × 3 = 105x. Total winnings from a single spin now stand at 255x!
Cascades continue. During free spins, the multiplier can reach up to 15x if the chain keeps going.
